Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 365 days of purchase for items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

• Customized jerseys (with player names/numbers) are final sale unless defective.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

1. Initiate return through "Order History" in your account or contact customer service

2. Receive RMA number and shipping instructions

3. Ship items to designated return center (based on original shipping region)

4. Refund processed within 10 business days after warehouse inspection

3. Refund Methods

• Refunds issued to original payment method

• Shipping costs non-refundable unless return due to our error

• Store credit option available with +10% bonus value

4. Defective/Damaged Items

Contact within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund
Provide photos of damaged item and packaging

5. European Consumer Rights

EU customers enjoy 14-day statutory withdrawal right under Consumer Rights Directive
This right applies regardless of our extended 365-day policy
